Service Agreement

By requesting a quote or booking services with Magic Clean, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms govern the relationship between Magic Clean ("we," "us," "our") and the customer ("you," "your").

Quotes and Pricing

  • All quotes are free and carry no obligation
  • Quoted prices are based on the information provided and a visual assessment of the property
  • Final pricing may be adjusted if the actual scope of work differs significantly from what was described or assessed
  • We will communicate any price changes before beginning work

Scheduling and Cancellation

  • Appointments are scheduled based on mutual availability
  • We ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling
  • Weather-related rescheduling will be handled at no additional cost

Service Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with the results, contact us within 48 hours of service completion and we will return to address any concerns at no additional charge.

Property Access and Preparation

  • Please ensure access to outdoor water spigots and electrical outlets if needed
  • Remove or secure loose items, furniture, and decorations from the work area
  • Close all windows and doors before service begins
  • Vehicles should be moved away from the work area

Liability

Magic Clean carries general liability insurance. We take every precaution to protect your property. However, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage, loose paint, deteriorated surfaces, or conditions that are not visible prior to cleaning. Any concerns about fragile or damaged surfaces should be communicated before work begins.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise arranged. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.
